House Rules 🌿
Couples Only 💕:
• Our property is a conceptual stay crafted for couples seeking a quiet, romantic escape. Due to space and ambiance constraints, we’re unable to accommodate large groups.
Not Kid/Infant-Friendly 🚫:
• Our property is tailored for adult guests and isn’t suitable for children or infants.
No Smoking Indoors 🚭:
• Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not permitted. A fine of INR 10,000/- will be charged for violations to keep our environment fresh and cozy. Kindly use the room balcony or the open spaces for smoking.
Keep Beds Food-Free 🛏️:
• Please avoid eating on the bed to maintain pristine linens and towels. Stains from food, lipstick, or other substances may incur a cleaning fee.
Secure the Room 🔒:
• For your safety and to keep insects out, please lock all windows and balcony doors when leaving.
Respect Quiet Spaces 🤫:
• To ensure a peaceful vibe, please refrain from using Bluetooth speakers or loud devices in rooms.
Visitors in Common Areas 🌳:
• Extra guests or visitors are welcome to relax in our garden seating area but are not permitted in guest rooms.
Kettle Use ☕:
• The in-room kettle is for heating drinking water only. Hot plates, irons, or cooking appliances are not allowed.
Drying Clothes 👗:
• Please use the provided balcony stand for drying clothes or towels. Avoid hanging wet items on railings, sofas, or beds. Need more space? Just ask us!
Furniture Care 🪑:
• Indoor furniture should stay indoors and not be moved to the balcony.
No Room Decorations 🎈:
• To preserve our rooms’ aesthetic, decorations like balloons, streamers, or adhesives are not permitted.
Keep It Tidy 🗑️:
• Help us keep the property sparkling by using the provided bins and ashtrays.
Hotel Property 🧴:
• Items like cutlery, towels, quilts, or kettles should remain on the premises.
Quiet Hours 🌙:
• Please respect fellow guests with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Courtesy Matters 🤝:
• We kindly request respectful and polite interactions with our staff and other guests.
Third party reservations are not allowed.
Check-Out Time ⏰:
• Standard check-out is 11 AM. A late check-out may incur a fee of whole day charge of the room.
Damage to Property ⚠️:
• We reserve the right to charge for repairing or cleaning any damage or soiling caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent, or reckless actions to our property.
Safety 🔐:
• Please keep your valuables secure. We’re not responsible for the loss of money or personal items during your stay.
Laundry & Linen 🧼:
• Drying clothes on balcony railings, sofas, or beds is not permitted. Use the designated balcony stand.
• Third-party laundry services are available for a fee upon request 🧺.
• Housekeeping is offered for INR 299 per service. Bed linen changes are INR 399 on request. For stays longer than two nights, enjoy complimentary room cleaning every two nights and linen changes every four nights to conserve water 💧.
Prohibited Items 🚫: For everyone’s safety and comfort, the following are not allowed:
• Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
• Objects with foul odors.
• Firearms or weapons.
• Bluetooth or Loudspeakers of any sort.
Check-In/Check-Out Policies 📅:
Requirements:-
• Guests must be 18 or older and present valid photo ID at check-in.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All guests must provide valid photo ID (a government ID).
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
• Check-in time: After 1 PM.
• Check-out time: By 11 AM, unless specified in your rate plan.
• For early check-in before 1 PM, pre-book the room for the prior day at full cost. If available on the day of your arrival, we’ll offer early check-in free of charge 🎉.
👨🍳 Meal Ordering Information
-We have an in-house kitchen and serve home cooked food on pre-orders only.
Please Note: main course orders must be placed at least by 12 pm for lunch and 6 pm for dinner.

Service Hours 🕒:
• Kitchen Hours 🍽️: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM and 5:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Main Doors 🔐: Locked from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM for security.
• Operational Hours 🏡: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM.
• We play only soft Indie/Rock or ambient music every evening from 6:30 PM till 10 PM for all our guests who love to chill in the garden. No loud music or parties are allowed.
• 🚗 PARKING: We're sorry to inform you but we unfortunately do not have a dedicated parking at our property at the moment because we lost all our parking space during recent floods (on August 26, 2025) in Manali.
